These Terms of Service govern your use of the NkraHub platform and services. By using NkraHub, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
NkraHub provides a hotel channel management platform that connects hotel properties to online travel agents and direct booking systems. We act as a connectivity intermediary and are not responsible for the policies of third-party booking channels.
2. Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, ensuring the accuracy of your hotel information and availability data, and complying with the terms of all connected booking channels.
3. Subscriptions and billing
NkraHub is offered on a monthly or annual subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use NkraHub for any unlawful purpose
You must not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
You must not submit false or misleading availability or pricing data
You must not use the service in a way that disrupts other users
5. Limitation of liability
NkraHub is not liable for losses arising from booking channel outages, third-party API failures, or data discrepancies caused by booking channel delays. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service.
6. Intellectual property
All software, design, and content within the NkraHub platform remains the intellectual property of NkraHub. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
